Why did I become a therapist?
Being a psychotherapist has been my dream and passion since I was a child. I have always believed that our lives are full of unexpected surprises and experiences that leave us reeling. Some of us are lucky enough to receive professional help, but a large majority do not due to social beliefs/taboos about therapy and others due to lack of resources. Therefore, I decided to make it my goal to normalize mental health just like we normalize any other health condition. Our brain is so amazing and magnificent that we can overcome any trauma or thought that remains an obstacle to achieving a life of intention and success.
